Turns out there's even an app for.... overclocking my phone!!! 
Was browsing apps the other day and discovered "SetCPU for Root Users." It allows over/under-clocking Android phones, at least once AMD_Fan roots this bad boy for me! Woot! Gonna OC this thing and watercool it! 
Too cool.
EDIT: Also note that I added a new "Mobile computing" forum, which was no doubt overdue. It has two sub-forums, "Smart phones" and "Laptops."
