Okay, we had a thread a while ago about what order things get installed when doing a fresh install of your OS.
This one is about WHAT APPS DO YOU PUT ON with a new OS?
To consider myself "up an running," these are the basics:
+AVG Free antivirus +A-Squared antiTrojan +CoreTemp +CPU-Z +ClockGen +Everest Home +F@H +Opera browser +Glary Utilities +Flash player +JK Defrag +MemSet +VLC Media Player +OCCT +SuperPi/WPrime +Daemon tools +(depending on what rig) Any or several of: FoxOne, AMD Overdrive, or nTune
With those installed and updated, I consider myself "moved in" to a new installation. How 'bout you guys?

Call me weird-o, but here's what I usually do... - Firefox - Drivers - Winamp - CPUZ - Everest - OCCT - CoreTemp- MSN Messenger - AIM - Skype *Only when I overclock, or checking the rigI then browse around and download the needed stuff - Flash, patches, etc. Then I install my softwares/games, and I'm all set. That's right, no A/V If I need a virtual drive manager, I use PowerISO (I need it anyway to install most of my stuff... sooooo )
