It so happens that, there is a chance my works hours could be increased (again). It would put me at 84 hours a week, up from the 68 Im at now. Doing so would either A, make all my overtime hours actual overtime pay, or B, change my title status, which would be cause for a raise (but probably wouldnt get paid overtime). Either way Id be looking at a 40-100% increase in pay, depending on how it would work out.
My boss is coming out tomorrow or the next day to "investigate" to see if the extra hours are needed, which they are. So as long as things go well, I could be looking at a lot more dough soon.
If by some small chance things go right for once, that would mean not only would I have a top end Intel rig, but Id have to share the love for a top end AMD rig as well
So, fingers crossed, and waiting. What sucks is it will likely be a slow proccess that I will have to fight for. Ive already been told it would be denied on the first try, as its done electronically, but after it is I can fight it and possibly get them approved.
