This thread is for the NE Ohio Lan party, not the weekend online events in the other thread. Either has to be me, zorch, amd_fan, or smoothie pretty much. Ive offered to help find a place, but need to know what city/town, the budget, how many people, what requirements, how many hours, etc...

Canton is probably the best central location. I would suggest a target of between 20 and 25 people. $15 each for the entry fee which includes Pizza and pop for the night. Figure on about half the money or more going to the food, and drugs, Alcohol, and Bitoches, and that leaves maybe $150 towards the room. Anything extra goes towards door prizes or ventrilo to extend the amount of people that can chat during the Online Lan Parties. That's my 2 cents.
